ABOUT SALLY
SALLY HEWITT
Sally has built her work on years of real-life entrepreneurial experience. She began in education and business, learning how to connect with people and earn trust. After facing deep personal loss, she turned that understanding toward helping others find their way through grief.
Her A.G.E. Program, Pilgrimage retreats, and workshops give women a safe space to talk about loss and discover hope again. As a writer and speaker, she shares simple truths about faith, life, and healing.
People describe Sally as calm, kind, and honest. She brings her faith and compassion into everything she does, helping others move forward one step at a time.

COME WALK WITH ME
Over the years, through my own experiences of change, loss, questioning, faith, and renewal, I have come to believe that the deepest transformations in life rarely happen through quick answers. More often, they unfold slowly and quietly as we learn to walk truthfully through the lives we have been given.
At the heart of my work is the conviction that we are not broken people needing to be fixed. Life can wound us, reshape us, and invite us into unfamiliar terrain, yet beneath every season remains the deeper wholeness we were born with. Pilgrimage is the practice of returning to that truth again and again with compassion, faith, and attentiveness.
I understand life as pilgrimage; not a problem to solve, but a path to walk with honesty, courage, and hope.
I believe Truth is not something we grasp through certainty alone, but something revealed through faithful walking. For Christians, this is rooted in Christ as Truth. For others, it may be experienced as a longing toward deeper integrity, meaning, wisdom, and wholehearted living.
My work weaves together Spiritual Formation, the Enneagram, reflective practice, memoir, and pilgrimage accompaniment to support women, particularly in seasons of grief, ageing, identity shifts, loss, and transition. I am especially drawn to the wisdom and vocation of later life, and to helping women live with greater self-awareness, compassion, gratitude, and quiet joy.
Again and again, I have witnessed how being deeply heard and gently accompanied can create space for profound healing and meaningful change. Not transformation that rushes people away from their sorrow, but transformation that allows them to live more truthfully alongside it.
Guided by the gentle rhythm to rejoice always, pray continually, and give thanks in all circumstances, I offer spaces for deep listening, honest reflection, sacred conversation, and grounded hope. Spaces where women can pause, breathe, grieve, remember, rediscover meaning, and continue forward with greater courage and tenderness toward themselves.
THIS WORK IS NOT ABOUT BECOMING SOMEONE ELSE. IT IS ABOUT BECOMING MORE FULLY AND TRUTHFULLY YOURSELF.
Alongside individual pilgrimages and programs, I also offer one-day retreats and walking pilgrimages in Western Australia and the UK, opportunities to slow down, walk reflectively, reconnect with what matters most, and journey alongside other women seeking deeper living.
I also welcome invitations to speak at retreats, gatherings, conferences, communities, and events exploring themes such as pilgrimage, ageing, grief, wholehearted living, spiritual formation, the Enneagram, and living truthfully through seasons of change.
Pilgrimage is not about getting somewhere faster, but about becoming someone deeper.
And so, wherever you may find yourself on the path today, I invite you gently:
READY? IF YOU’RE READY FOR SUPPORT, I’M HERE
Wherever you find yourself on the journey, you do not need to walk alone
