PILGRIMAGE
Pilgrimage is not about escaping your life.
It is about travelling more truthfully within it.
There are seasons in life when something within us quietly asks for more: more honesty, more meaning, more peace, more space to breathe and listen deeply. Sometimes this invitation arrives through grief, disappointment, ageing, change, or the slow realisation that the life we are living no longer feels fully aligned with who we truly are.
PILGRIMAGE BEGINS HERE
Not as a demand to become someone different, but as a gentle invitation to return to yourself with compassion, courage, faith, and truth.
At the heart of this work is the belief that we are not broken people needing to be fixed. Life shapes us, wounds us, stretches us, and changes us, yet beneath every experience remains the quiet wholeness we were born with. Pilgrimage helps us remember this truth and learn how to live from it more fully and joyfully..
Through reflective practice, spiritual wisdom, meaningful conversation, and grounded guidance, these pilgrimages create space to pause and listen for what matters most. They are journeys of accompaniment rather than quick transformation, places where women can feel deeply heard, gently supported, and encouraged to move forward at their own pace.
This work honours the whole landscape of life: sorrow and joy, loss and hope, uncertainty and gratitude. It is rooted in the understanding that wholehearted living does not come from avoiding difficulty, but from learning how to meet life truthfully, prayerfully, and gratefully through every season.
For some women, pilgrimage begins through personal accompaniment within one of the programs offered here. For others, it may begin by stepping away from everyday demands and entering a more intentional rhythm of reflection, silence, walking, conversation, and rest.
Because grief, disappointment, and transition live in the body as much as the mind, beginning next year, there will also be opportunities to join intimate one-day retreats and three-day walking pilgrimages in both Western Australia and the UK. These gatherings will offer sacred space for women to slow down, reconnect with themselves, reflect on their own journey, and walk alongside others seeking deeper meaning, renewed hope, and wholehearted living.
PILGRIMAGE CAN BE DEEPLY PHYSICAL AS WELL AS SPIRITUAL.
Whether walking coastal paths, sitting in quiet reflection, sharing conversation, or simply allowing space for stillness, these pilgrimages will be grounded, compassionate, and deeply human, honouring both the beauty and complexity of our lives.
If something within you is quietly stirring as you read these words, you are warmly invited to join the waiting list for upcoming retreats and walking pilgrimages.
You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin.
Pilgrimage simply asks for a willingness to take the next truthful step.
